We are pleased to announce IAG Commercial's completion of a 10-year, 5,882 sf lease for Charles Schwab for their new retail location in Woodbury. The new location will be at Cityplace Shopping Center located at 295 Radio Drive. The center is managed by Inland Commercial Real Estate. Jeff LaFavre and Bob Valentine of IAG Commercial represented Charles Schwab in this transaction. This will be Schwab’s first retail location in Woodbury. IAG worked with Tom Palmquist of Colliers, as agent for the Landlord.
