Jeff LaFavre of IAG Commercial recently represented Topigs Norsvin in their search for a new office location. Topigs Norsvin desired to centralize their office location so they were closer to the airport and more central to where employees lived. They also desired more efficient space that better accommodated a high-energy office layout. IAG Commercial successfully identified 5,904 square feet of suitable space in the Bloomington-based Southpoint Office Center building. IAG Commercial worked closely with Steve Shepherd and Matt Elder of Newmark Knight Frank on behalf of Southpoint Office Center.
